We spoke with Stacey, one half of the husband-and-wife duo behind @the.dahlias.residence, to help us put together this guide for the Cotswolds. One of the areas newest and best-kept secret cottage stays - The Dahlia’s is a beautifully timeworn Grade II listed maisonette tucked away on one of the oldest streets in Chipping Norton, surrounded by rolling countryside.
Stacey shared some of her favourite places to visit across the Cotswolds, from much-loved local dining spots to hidden gems you might otherwise miss.
We were lucky enough to stay at The Dahlia’s ourselves last month, and it was the perfect base for exploring the area. Full of charm and character, this thoughtfully restored townhouse blends historic Cotswolds beauty with warm Scandinavian interiors - what Stacey describes as “a Cotswolds townhouse with Scandinavian soul.”
We hope this guide inspires you to slow down, wander through beautiful countryside, settle into long pub lunches, and make the most of the honey-stone villages, market towns, and tucked-away corners that make this part of the Cotswolds so special.
“Created by a husband-and-wife duo (former hospitality folk, so you’re in safe hands).”

THE REN SHIRT
The Ren Shirt is our latest in-house design, inspired by our sold-out Row style and built on the same core pattern. Responding to your feedback, we’ve softened the silhouette with a gently curved hem while maintaining its signature wide, boxy cut. Crafted from soft white, end-of-roll Japanese cotton, the fabric is pre-washed at the mill to achieve a lightly crinkled texture. Lightweight enough for the summer months, our Ren Shirt is designed to integrate seamlessly into your existing rotation.
A uniquely shaped collar adds interest, while the dropped hem allows the shirt to be tucked at the front to create a different silhouette. A covered button placket completes the look with a clean, minimalist finish.
The Ren Shirt is designed as a one size style, fitting sizes UK8-14. We’re currently exploring ways to expand our size range, but in the meantime, please reach out if you’d like to purchase the Ren Shirt and your size isn’t currently available.
Shipping date will be in the week commencing 18th May.
