SHIPPING
Standard orders are typically processed between 1-2 business days. We pack orders from Mondays through Thursdays. Please note that we do not ship out orders on national holidays.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee. Please contact us immediately if you have entered any incorrect information and we will try and rectify this (we can only help if the parcel has not already been shipped)
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched so that you can check on the status of your parcel. If you have not received this email, please get in touch to request an update, giving your order number.
Kindly note that we’re unable to ship to PO boxes, commercial addresses, or warehouse locations.
UK Orders
We offer three standard shipping options within the UK:
Royal Mail Express Shipping – 1–3 working days: £6
Royal Mail Standard Shipping – 2–4 working days: £4.95
Royal Mail Special Delivery – Available Monday to Thursday: £13.50
*Next working day delivery if ordered before 1pm (excludes weekends).
International Orders
International Shipping
We offer the following standard international shipping options:
Standard Europe – £13
Standard Worldwide (Outside Europe) – £25
Express Worldwide Courier Service (2-4 business days) – £50
Our standard service is Royal Mail International Tracked, with delivery typically taking 4–11 business days. Please note that transit times are beyond our control; if you require faster shipping, we recommend selecting the express courier option at checkout.
Our express courier service offers fully tracked, faster delivery via DHL, FedEx, or USPS. The courier used will depend on your destination, as well as the weight and size of the parcel.
* For customers shipping to the US: as of January 2026, customs and duties are included within your shipping cost for standard shipping only
Important notes for international orders:
Packaging costs may vary significantly depending on parcel size and weight. Parcels over 2kg will require a personalised shipping quote, which we can provide before or after your order. As a small business, we cannot absorb additional costs for heavy parcels.
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Duties, fees, and import taxes may apply upon delivery, determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these charges is necessary for release of your order.
By placing an order with Curate & Rotate, you acknowledge responsibility for any applicable customs or import charges.
If a parcel is refused by the recipient, it will be returned to us, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the final refund. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

RETURNS
We have a 7 day return policy. Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to return your item(s) by completing the returns form within your Curate & Rotate account here. You need a customer account to be able to submit your item(s) for returns.
We are only able to accept returns submitted through our returns portal. Once your return has been approved, we will provide next steps along with the appropriate shipping address.
Before posting your return please ensure -
- The item is neatly packed in its original packaging, with swing tags attached.
- The clothing is clean and unworn (no pet hair, perfume, deodorant marks or other odours).
- You’ve included a note with your name, order number inside the parcel.
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.
Once received, returns will be processed within 5 working days and refunded via the original payment method, minus the original shipping costs. Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, though they are often processed more quickly. Please allow for this timeframe before contacting us for an update.
We kindly ask that returns are sent promptly, as late returns can significantly impact our business. Items returned past the approved window may be refused and sent back to you.
International / EU Returns
We advise you to label all returns as RETURNED GOODS as this can help avoids any customs / duty being applied (although please note this may not always avoid charges, this is beyond our control and comes down to HMRC customs and duty checks.) As a small business we are unable to absorb these costs and you will be liable for any associated duty / customs charges when sending an item back. Any charges that do get applied will be deductible from your refund, if refused the item will be returned back to you at your own expense.
Please note, we cannot accept items for a refund outside our returns period. if they are sent back after your returns window we can either return the item(s) to you or we can resell the item through our consignment service.
Faulty/Incorrect Items
All of our items are preloved, vintage or samples. This means that occasionally some items will have minor imperfections. We do our best to disclose any flaws but some may be overlooked. If you come across something that wasn’t noted please contact us within 48 hours at hello@curateandrotate.co.uk
