Standard orders are typically processed between 1-2 business days. We pack orders from Mondays through Thursdays. Please note that we do not ship out orders on national holidays.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee. Please contact us immediately if you have entered any incorrect information and we will try and rectify this (we can only help if the parcel has not already been shipped) 

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched so that you can check on the status of your parcel. If you have not received this email, please get in touch to request an update, giving your order number.



We have two options as our standard option in the UK. For same day delivery options please get in touch with us as we would be happy to help.

Royal Mail 24hrs (can take 1-3 working days for delivery) £5.50

If the item is fragile or are of a very high value we will look at alternative shipping methods if needed.

Our standard service is Royal Mail International tracked and signed, which can take to 2-11 business days to arrive. The length of time it takes is out of our control so if you wish for faster shipping please select the courier option at checkout.

We offer an express courier service for fully tracked, faster delivery (DHL, Fedex, USPS) the courier choice will be dependant on country of shipping, and the weight and size of the parcel. We will select the most appropriate courier for your parcel, and confirm the carrier with you before shipping.

Please note that packaging costs for international orders can vary greatly on the size and the weight of the parcel. If you parcel is over 2kg we will need to reach out to you for an exact shipping quote, we can do this before or after you have placed your order. We hope you understand but as a small business we cannot absorb the costs for heavy parcels over this weight.

International orders will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

By placing an order with Curate & Rotate you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

If a customer refuses to pay any of these, the delivery will be returned to the us and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount. 
The original shipping cost for the parcel to be sent to the EU/ROW will not be refunded in the case of a refused parcel.
